This presentation includes some of the results of a one-year project funded by the Consell de l'Audiovisual de Catalunya (CAC), which aimed at, among other objectives, evaluating user satisfaction with the sensory accessibility services (namely, audio description, subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing and Catalan Sign Language Interpreting) provided by a representative sample of 7 Catalan-language broadcasters.
